This page is for individual pupils who have to self isolate due to:
* COVID symptoms
* 14 day self-isolation as a result of a household member testing positive for COVID-19.
* 14 day self-isolation as a result of contact with a person outside your household testing positive for COVID-19.
or
In the case of a positive test result of a pupil and the whole year group (Year 2) have to self-isolate for 14 days.

This pack will be sent home with the pupil or collected by a parent / guardian in a COVID secure way.
