Foundation Stage 2
The Reception class were very excited today to have their parents and grandparents in today to watch them learn. Family members experienced a typical morning in the Reception class including a literacy taught session on the book 'The Chapatti Moon,' carousel activities covering all areas of the curriculum and a phonics lesson. Family members played maths games with their child, wrote about the story, made a model tiger, took part in guided reading and had a chance to look back in their children's exercise books. They also had a very deserved cup of tea and biscuit! Many thanks to everyone who came today. We loved showing off our learning and we hope you enjoyed yourselves.
