Chocolate: The Aztecs and Mayans

In our topic 'Chocolate: The Aztecs and the Mayans' we will be learning about the use of cacao bean for trade in the Aztec civilisations and the invasion of Mexico by Hernan Cortez who brought chocolate back to Europe. The children will be designing their own chocolates and packaging and making a Mayan headdress.
