Hi Year 2. 

I am missing you all so much but hope you are all keeping safe and keeping those germs away. It really has made me appreciate what a fabulous class you all are and the hilarious stories that you all like to tell!

Just to let you know I've added some more activities for you to do over the Easter Break. These are more fun, crafty activities that are optional if you would like to do them. Please make sure you enjoy a well deserved break though and enjoy the sunshine that we currently have!

I have also found a website that allows you access to lots of AR equivalent books. There are many different books for you to read but there are also some books that can be read aloud to you. Take a look and see if there are any that take your fancy.

Then click on your name and there you go. You have opened up a brand new world full of books for your free access up to when schools reopen again!

One more thing from me. I have set a couple of challenges for you to master over the 2 week break. See if you can have a go at one or all of them.

Year 2 Easter Challenges:

1) Learn how to tie your shoelaces

2) Learn a new song or dance routine

3) Recite one of your times tables 

4) Measure out ingredients for a super end product 

5) Read a story out loud to a sibling or parent

6) Practice your fancy flicks

7) Create something using recycled materials from around the house.
