P4C Class Whiteboards

During the period of school closure, Goldenhill want to ensure that all of the children are engaging within philosophical questions on a weekly basis, as they would in the classroom. The communication and thinking skills of our children are vital for their development within all areas of the curriculum, and we want to continue to develop these while we cannot open to all pupils.

Each week, class teachers will set a question for the children in their class via our Microsoft whiteboards. Children, both within the classroom and from home, can discuss the question with their friends and family, holding philosophical discussions about possible answers, and then record their response using a post-it (like we would in the classroom)! Each week will have a theme, and questions are differentiated throughout the school according to this theme.
