We have really enjoyed this topic and have learned a lot about farms and how our food grows. We have been learning all about different farm animals and their young. We have also done lots of planting - our beanstalks grew really well....mostly and I look forward to hearing and seeing how well they continue to grow at home. Our veg tops were not so successful however! In our outdoor area we are growing a range of vegetables and we hope we can enjoy these next term - they are starting to grow now and gardening club can continue to look after them. We have tasted lots of different fruits and vegetables and learned about healthy lifestyles. We know about the foods we can eat lots of and the foods we can have as treats. We looked at farms a long time ago and learned about how the farmers milked their cows and ploughed their fields. We hope you enjoy looking at the displays of our work,
