Chocolate: From Bean to Bar

Spring 2 Topic Web Bean to Bar

This half term we will be learning about the countries of origin of the cocoa bean and investigating how chocolate is produced from the bean to the bar. Our WOW starter will be a chocolate fountain with fruit kebabs. We will also be visiting Cadburys World for our class trip to see how chocolate is shaped and taste it! We will learn about the history of chocolate and how packaging and advertisements have evolved over the years.
