We had a great half term looking at different animals, where they live and how they change over time. We enjoyed going on a minibeast hunt to start our topic and found lots of wood lice, spiders, slugs and even a millipede. We have learned about the life cycles of butterflies and frogs. We loved having the chicks come to stay in our class. They were very cute. We have had a number of animal visitors this term - a parrot, Mo the tortoise, a hen and a dog to name a few. We enjoyed the last week of term finding out about Easter and making our own fluffy pom pom chicks. We really enjoyed the Easter Bonnet parade and going on the bouncy castle. It's been a busy, fun packed half term of learning and laughter.
