Welcome to Goldenhill Primary Academy. We are delighted that you have taken the time to visit our website and hope that you find the information available both useful and informative.

Having been part of the Goldenhill community for over 21 years, it is a tremendous privilege to lead a school that means so much to me. Throughout my time at Goldenhill, I have had the pleasure of teaching and supporting many wonderful children and families. I continue to be inspired every day by the enthusiasm, kindness and achievements of our pupils, the dedication of our staff and the support of our wider school community.

At Goldenhill, we are passionate about creating a happy, safe and inclusive environment in which every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to thrive. Our vision is to provide an inspiring, creative and innovative education that develops the whole child. We encourage and challenge every pupil to achieve their full potential while equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to become responsible and successful citizens of the future.

Our motto, “Everyone Shines at Goldenhill,” reflects our commitment to recognising and nurturing the individual strengths and talents of every child. We want our pupils to love learning, believe in themselves, embrace new challenges and develop the resilience and independence they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.

We believe that children achieve their very best when they are happy, motivated and inspired. We therefore strive to provide consistently high-quality teaching alongside memorable experiences and wider opportunities that broaden horizons, raise aspirations and create lasting memories. We are equally committed to supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development so that they leave Goldenhill as confident, caring and well-rounded individuals.

These values are woven throughout our curriculum, relationships and wider opportunities, helping our pupils to develop strong character, positive attitudes and respect for others.
