Fencing Workshops

Children in Years 1-6 had such a great experience in the Fencing workshops. The children were introduced to the basic skills, movements and terminology used in fencing and taught the concepts of attacking and defending through a variety of exciting games and exercises. It was a great day!

Bee Active Days!

Throughout the year we have various 'Bee Active Days'. The children really enjoy these days as a chance to showcase their sporting skills  and have lots of FUN!!

As part of our celebrations for the Queen's Jubilee, the children took part in a 'Dance through the Ages' workshop, where each class took on the challenge of learning a different dance routine from a different era! We had Girl Power, Hip Hop, 70's Disco. 60s theme and Jive/Landy theme! The chidlren had so much fun and we certainly have some dancers in the making!!

On Friday 24th June, we had a whole school 'Fitness Day' where each class took part in some really challenging 'Circuit training!' This really challeneged the children and certainly tested their fitness levels - we were exhausted at the end!

Check out the photos below of us in action :)
